SPARK at home: Combatting Period Poverty
Help us lessen period anxiety and poverty for young menstruators in our county by providing period supplies for those in period poverty, emergency, and first time users. This project will include opportunities to donate supplies and distribute to schools.

About the event
This SPARK at home event can be done at yourfamily's convenience during the month of September using our period poverty guide, which allows flexibility for grown ups to determine how to include the youth in their household. Upon registering for the event, you will receive an email with more information including the project guide.
1 in 5 American menstruators have skipped or left school early because of lack of access to menstrual products, inability to clean clothing, and inadequate education on how to use products. We can work together to try to combat this form of poverty for young menstruators in our county.
In addition to traditional products, we are focusing on economically & environmentally sustainable products, including period underwear, to make a greater impact on menstruaters experiencing poverty.
